Privacy Policy

This policy describes the information collected during a visit, the reasons it may be used, and the limited circumstances in which another party may receive it. Continued use of Perry County Criminal History indicates acceptance of these privacy practices.

Data You Give Us Directly

Search Queries

A name or location entered in a search tool is sent directly to the outside provider that operates it. That provider processes the request and supplies its results. We do not retain those query terms on our systems.

Messages and Contact Submissions

An email may be kept long enough to answer and maintain the related correspondence. It remains within our organization unless disclosure is required by law.

Data We Gather Automatically

A page request creates routine technical information on the server, which can include:

  • The IP address assigned to your device
  • Which browser you are using and its version
  • Your device type and operating system
  • The pages you visited and how long you stayed on each
  • The site that sent you here, if any
  • Timestamps for each page view

Cookies and Analytics

Cookies are small device files used to understand traffic patterns, including popular pages and common exit points. Analytics providers combine that activity into broader measurements. A browser can block cookies, though doing so may change how some features behave.

What We Do With This Data

  • Keeping the site up, running, and loading quickly
  • Sending your search requests to the right partner service
  • Figuring out which pages people find useful and which need work
  • Tracking down and fixing technical issues
  • Showing ads that may line up with your interests

No Criminal-Record Data on File

Perry County Criminal History does not keep, assemble, or sell a database of personal criminal records. It identifies official routes to the Perry County Sheriff, courts, Arkansas State Police and ACIC repository channels, and Arkansas Sex Offender Notification System. Arkansas criminal-history dissemination is governed by Ark. Code Ann. § 12-12-1009, while public-record inspection is subject to the Arkansas Freedom of Information Act and its exemptions. Visitor data is never compiled into a consumer report or a third-party criminal file, and this site is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act.

Third-Party Search Partners

Outside companies run the search tools. Their privacy policies, retention periods, and sharing rules govern information submitted to them. Review the applicable provider policy before entering a query.

Links to Other Websites

Links to courts, sheriffs, state agencies, legal-aid resources, and search providers leave this website. The destination's own policy then governs the visit, so read it before disclosing personal information.

Advertising providers may use their systems to follow activity across websites and select interest-based advertising.

Who Might See Your Data

Personal information is not sold. Limited data may be available to:

  • Search partners that handle queries you run on our site
  • Analytics services we use to track traffic and performance
  • Ad networks that place ads on our pages
  • Law enforcement or government bodies when a valid legal order requires it

How We Protect Your Data

Standard safeguards are used for collected information, but no internet service can promise absolute security or freedom from a breach.

Users Under 18

The service is intended for adults and does not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. Report suspected minor data through the contact route so it can be removed.

Your Data Rights

Rights may vary by residence and applicable consumer-protection law. Arkansas residents may also consult the Arkansas Deceptive Trade Practices Act, Ark. Code Ann. § 4-88-101 et seq. At a minimum, a visitor may:

  • Ask for a copy of what we have on file about you
  • Have us fix information that is wrong
  • Request that we erase your data
  • Opt out of certain kinds of data processing
